Our coverage of the whole of France and wide range of jobs mean that employees have numerous opportunities in terms of moving into another role or another region in France.

Employees open to new challenges can also take the opportunity for secondments, joining a new team for a period of up to 18 months.

They can also benefit from our “Live my life” programme, which allows them to immerse themselves temporarily in the everyday life of a department in order to learn what a new job really entails.

Bonjour, je suis Christine, chargée de formation chez Covéa depuis 2011.

La formation Covéa se compose d'une offre complète qui allie des apprentissages en distanciel, en virtuel ou en présentiel.
Chez Covéa, nous mettons tout en œuvre pour favoriser l'apprentissage des apprenants de façon ludique, moderne et adaptée aux besoins de chacun.

Cette salle est flexible et modulable, conçue pour faciliter la mise en place d'ateliers. Les deux écrans tactiles permettent du travail en sous-groupe et donnent une meilleure visibilité. Les apprenants peuvent se mettre en situation réelle d'entretien, comme par exemple un commercial en entretien de vente.

Enfin, pour cet espace, les apprenants se trouvent dans la même situation que sur leur poste de travail et peuvent ainsi se former sur des dossiers fictifs.

Ici, nous nous trouvons dans une bulle digitale qui permet aux apprenants de suivre des classes virtuelles.

Autre dispositif de formation en digital, le simulateur d'entretien virtuel. Ce simulateur offre une projection d'un entretien classique et permet d'accompagner le collaborateur dans sa montée en compétence.

Notre espace est composé de plus de 400 offres de formation en libre-service et disponible avec des playlists.
Il permet à tous les apprenants de poursuivre en autonomie des modules identiques.

On est sur une formation innovante, dynamique, qui favorise la mobilité.

Tout le process est bien détaillé pour qu'on comprenne bien. Ils sont très attentifs justement à ce qu'on ait bien acquis toutes les connaissances et du coup, ça nous conforte pour progresser dans d'autres métiers.

C'est très ludique, c'est très participatif et très intéressant.

 

Covéa benefits from solid “know your employee” and employee monitoring procedures that aim to better understand employees’ skills and aspirations in order to help them progress in their careers.

Several management interviews are held through the year and each Group department has a dedicated HR officer to ensure regular and personalised HR support for all employees.

This ongoing support, which is essential in developing employees’ skills, will be further enhanced by means of a wide range of face-to-face and remote training programmes, as well as self-service training that can be accessed at any time and autonomously via an online platform (e-learning, mobile learning, COOCs, etc.).

In 2022, Covéa dedicated 3.1% of its wage bill to ongoing training, representing 436,334 hours of training for over 21,000 employees.

Supporting managers is also a central concern, with dedicated training programmes such as “Destination manager”, a multiformat certification programme for all new managers at the Group to enable them to get to know Covéa’s management model and help them take up their role.
