With a background in commerce, Michael Zambotti began his career in various retail and food industry companies.

In 2004, he joined MAAF Assurances as a remote customer service advisor. In 2013, he became a customer relations advisor at the Montpellier agency, and since 2021, he has been serving in the same role in Juvignac.
