A former student of Polytechnique, and a graduate of Ensae and the Institut des actuaires, Franck Le Vallois joined the Corps du Contrôle des Assurances in 1997.

In 2004, he joined the insurer Allianz as Chairman and CEO of Assurances Fédérales IARD. From 2006 onwards, he successively held the positions of Director of Financial Management, Chief Financial Officer, and Director of Claims Customer Service at Allianz France. In 2016, he joined the Executive Committee of Allianz France, responsible for Distribution. He continued his career in 2020 as CEO of the professional federation France Assureurs and Chairman of GPSA (Gestion professionnelle des services de l’assurance) until 2024, when he joined the broker AON France as Chairman and CEO.

In 2025, he was appointed CEO of MMA.
