Following a brief spell in retail, Nathalie Thool joined the UAP-AXA group as group health and protection insurance underwriter.

She held a variety of positions over a period of nearly 20 years, primarily in personal insurance, individual and group insurance technical product departments and actuarial services.

Nathalie Thool moved to the Allianz group in 2013 to head up the Health and Provident Insurance department, encompassing technical and legal departments, bespoke underwriting and management of results, as well as customer relations and management of representatives.

She joined the Covéa Group in 2021 as Chief Health and Protection Officer.
