Aude Messin is a graduate of ISG business school and holds a Graduate Diploma in Accounting and Finance (DESCF). She is also a qualified accountant and holds a certificate in business administration (CAS) from Sciences Po. She began her career in 1993 as an auditor at KPMG.

In 1998, she joined the global consolidation department of the Solvay group, where she remained until 2003.

She then went on to work as a consultant, working primarily with the French Ministry of Finance, before moving to Natixis. In 2008, she helped the Covéa Group with managing major strategic programmes (Solvency II).

In 2019, she joined Covéa as Chief Finance Transformation Officer, heading up the creation of the new standardised Finance IT system.

In 2022, she was also put in charge of Sustainability within the Group.
