Éric Lécuyer holds a postgraduate diploma in Economics and Finance from the Université d’Orléans.

He began his career in 1996 as Claims Statistics Manager at GMF. In 2001, he became an auditor at Azur-GMF and then in 2004, he was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Covéa Finance.

He then held the positions of Head of Accounting, Economic Control and Actuarial at MMA as of 2011, becoming Head of Economic Control, Strategy and Actuarial at Covéa in 2014.

In 2018, Éric Lécuyer was appointed Head of Life Insurance at Covéa.

He became Chief Executive Officer of MMA in 2021.
