An agricultural engineer by training, Maryse Gesse started out as business manager at Crédit Agricole.

Since joining the group in 2002, she has held a variety of roles within the Marketing and Human Resources departments.

In 2019, she was put in charge of the coordination and transformation of the Personal Injury Compensation department.

She is MMA’s employee representative director.
