Disability: several Covéa employees attend My Human Kit’s Fabrikarium

During the three days, led by a Disabled person who is an expert in their needs, three teams devised and created three different solutions, combining creativity, digital production and collective intelligence.

Attendees of the new Fabrikarium event organised by My Human Kit , in Rennes, sponsored by the Covéa Foundation since 2022, included a delegation of 10 employees who were able to apply their skills and know-how to each project.

The three-day event resulted in three useful innovative projects focusing on the themes of reemployment, citizenship and learning for all:

• "Kit Educ", a set of solutions designed to support the learning of students with disabilities;
• "Distri Vrac", a dry food dispenser made from recycled materials that can be used with one hand;
• "Jeu Vote", a board game on civic rights that teaches people with various disabilities (cognitive, motor skills, etc.) to exercise their right to vote.

Information sheets and reproduction plans for each project will soon be available on My Human Kit’s Wikilab so that they can be replicated and improved all over the world.
