Business ethics: a new look for Covéa’s Anti-Bribery Code of Conduct

Covéa’s Anti-Bribery Code of Conduct consists of themed sections about situations that present a risk, addressing in particular relations with business partners, customers and job applicants, as well as conflicts of interest, gifts and invitations, and hospitality.

Part of the appendix to the Group’s rules of procedure, it applies in the first instance to Group employees, as well as its business relations insofar as Covéa expects them to adhere to the principles of the code.

In particular, our rules governing gifts and invitations must be known and respected by our business partners, suppliers and intermediaries when offering gifts or invitations to Covéa employees.
